Hi,
Wondering if anyone can help.
I just plusnet a while ago and followed the steps to set up voicemail. I didn't think it was working, and today I missed an important phonecall and they didn't leave a message.
I've set my greeting etc, but my phone doesn't go to voicemail if I miss a call. Can someone help?

Sorry to hear this, nicki_d987, this doesn't sound right at all. Could you please type the following code into your keypad (replacing '123456789' with your mobile number), press 'call', and let me know what message comes up?

Hi, When i type that in it says
Call forwarding
when no reply for All Basic Services
Connection problem or invalid MMI code.
