Voicemail never worked on my mobile

Morning, I’ve been with PN mobile a while and never bothered with voicemail as most folks who didn’t get through sent a text / whatsup message.

However I now need it to work.

I ring 555 from my handset, get to the personalise options, press the buttons to allow messages to be left and hang up. Try ringing from another number and voicemail doesn’t kick in. I think this was the original issue that I just ignored.

Anyway, anyone know how to make the technology play nicely.
