Hi
I've been with Plusnet a few months but can't get access to my voicemail. Whenever I call it tells me to first ring from a trusted landline or phone. When I do so it asks me to input my phone number. When I do this it tells me my number is wrong...which it is not. When I rang customer services I didn't get any joy as I didn't know my landline number (even though we don't use it) or my login name.
Annoyingly can't get through to anyone at Plusnet unless on phone and being at work means I can't do that.
Any ideas?

Who is your landline provider? If it's PlusNet (or another BT-provided ISP) the simplest way to find out your number is to call 17070 (free call) and listen to the number which will be read out to you. Obviously you'll need a phone to be plugged in.
