If you set a name greeting and then call yourself, it says:
Welcome to the Life Mobile voicemail of [name]. Please leave a message after the tone.
Shouldn't this be updated to Plusnet Mobile?
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Hi bristolash91 and JonJon,
Can you try some basic troubleshooting for me?
- Turn the handset off
- Take the SIM card out
- Leave it for a couple of minutes
- Replace the SIM card
- Turn the handset back on
This reboots and updates the signal to the SIM card. Try this and let me know how you get on.

@RebekaPreston - Did you ever work for BSkyB at any point! What you say sounds similar to the instructions I once heard being uttered by BSkyB support to remove the Scart leads from the receiver and shake them to remove the static! When in reality it was really done to give them time to send a reset signal to the box.

Hi Mook,
No I've never worked for BSkyB, this is an manual reboot for the SIM and we don't send any signals to the SIM card. It allows the SIM to update any actions that have previously been requested to activate onto the SIM card but are still yet to enable. Manually rebooting is basically giving the request a push through the system and onto the SIM card.
Hope this helps!

I wasn't actually expecting a reply it was more of a tongue in cheek observation, but having said that with the explanation you provided it gives sound reasoning as to why you suggested what you did in message 3. So
