Hi Ray. For us to investigate this further we've been asked to provide 3 examples (dates and times) from within the past 48 hours of when you've been unable to collect your voicemail messages? Once you have them if you can send me a PM I'll make sure this is passed on.

Hello Gandalf, I have not tried at all in the past 48 hours to collect my voicemail messages. The last three times I tried, without success, were as follows: 15:20 on 23 March, 15:19 on 23 March and, 16:13 on 22 March. I have tried again today, without success, at the following times: 18:26, 19:36 and 19:46. Each time, all I hear is three beeps! Kind regards, RayH
