I set a voicemail PIN for my mobile phone a couple of weeks ago, but now it does not seem to work anymore. I just get “the PIN you have entered is incorrect”
I have searched through the help pages and forums but cannot see any way to reset it, so I phoned support and they told me to use the code *#21# to reset it, but this just produces the message “Call Forwarding: voice not forwarded”
Is there a simple way to force a PIN reset apart from ringing support again, as they are obviously very busy at the minute?
