Voicemail Menu map guide

Plusnet,

It would be really useful if you supplied a menu map of the voicemail system that we could download.

One thing I couldn't find very easily was a way to check what message I had recorded(I've since disabled my voicemail because I found the verbal voice menu confusing).

Thanks for getting in touch with us. I do apologise if you found the Voicemail service confusing, this is certainly something we don't want our customers experiencing when using the service and not what we aim for here at Plusnet mobile. 

I'll be sure to take on board your suggestion and feed this back to the relevant department who can can look into this further.

Thanks. What was missing was the option:

To listen to your recorded message please press 1{listen to message}, To accept this message please press 1, to rerecord a new message please press 2.  To record type [2] message press 3, to record type [3] message press 4.

This should be both as a separate menu option and when recording new message.
