Voicemail Issue

Hi there,

I have a voicemail notification on my Honor 10.

Unlike normal voicemail notifications, when I select it, my voicemail number rings and I'm then asked to enter my mobile phone number (this doesn't usually happen as far as I'm aware). When I do so I'm told that my number isn't valid.

As a result, I cannot remove the voice message or the notification.

When I access my voicemail using 555 I don't have a new message.

Can someone please assist?

Hiya @mrdo, you may have tried this but have you tried rebooting the handset as well as removing/re-inserting your SIM?
