I agree with #pilkers, that the issues may all be linked.

I have deleted all archived messages, so I cannot check again for now.

 

I would suggest we all assume this is cured and the matter closed for the time being.

I will call CS in few days if there is still a problem and its just me.

Nice to see some people’s voicemail is back. I logged a ticket with support on Monday and it’s still not working just getting an engaged tone still. It’s been a week since I first raised the issue. Come on Plusnet please sort this out.

It looks like things should be working now?

 

Can you please try resetting your phone and then calling the VM again? (I know you have probably already done this but please can you do it again for me)

Thank you resetting the phone and taking out the sim and reinserting it seems to have resolved the issue can you let @MatthewWheeler know too. I PM’d him earlier.

Constantly busy for me too. Just going to try taking sim out and see if that solves issue.

I am still having this issue intermittently for the last 2 weeks or so. Voicemail is either "line busy" or has large gaps in-between words. It's like the voicemail service is running really slowly.

I hope Plusnet are continuing to look into this issue as it's clearly affecting more than a "small number" of customers.

I have had the issue as recently as 10 minutes ago, had a tricky time deleting a recent voicemail due to the extreme lag when pressing keys etc.

I'm also experiencing the same issue. Unable to access voicemail (call disconnects immediately)
Received new voice mail notification but can't access.
Tried reset, remove/replace sim card which did not resolve.

Hello @Skoosh,

 

Sorry to hear this is happening and we would like to get to the bottom of what is causing this for you. Please can you firstly see if you can access voicemail from another number by following the steps below;

 

  1. dial your mobile number
  2. wait for the call to go through to your voicemail
  3. press * followed by your PIN number. (Your PIN is the number you chose when you first called your voicemail. We can reset it for you if you've forgotten it.)

Please can you PM us the outcome of the above, along with the details below;

 

Mobile number

Full name

Full address including post code

Can you also confirm that you are the account holder. 

 

Once we have this, we can investigate the issue further.
