VoiceMail In French

Just got my 2 new sims and installed them into my 2 Moto G4 Plus phones.  Both are showing that they are on the the Plusnet Network, texts and phone calls came be made.

Tried the voicemail, on 555 and I am getting the voice prompts in French or it seems to be French not English. 

I am wondering does the voicemail have to be setup by Plusnet.

Hi @Power14, 

During the activation process, the Voicemail will appear to be in French, however; you'll find within the first 24 hours of the SIM card being Live, it will automatically set itself and it will appear in English. 

If it hasn't fixed itself after this weekend, let us know and we'll look into for you. 🙂 -Ashleigh
