Who put the pin on voicemail messages ????

I have asked for the pin a week or so ago but alas nothing 

today i asked again to be told to wait another 5 days .

I have messages I can not open what is going on .

1) Account holder full name and confirmation that you are the account holder.

2) Full address, including postcode.

3) Mobile number.

4) Last 2 digits of sort code and account number of card used to pay bills.
