Plusnet do not support Visual Voicemail. AFAIK only EE support it.
As a budget provider Plusnet also do not support WiFi calling, dialling short codes (so you may be unable to reply to your bank if you receive a text message querying a transaction) and do not use all the frequencies that EE use.
If you do a search of this forum you will find that Plusnet appear to have no intention of changing any of these shortcomings.
