Very Slow 4G, but 3G works great

Hi,

I'm using a OnePlus 5 (with latest Android 8.1).
Moved to Plusnet recently. 4G connects but is very very slow, pages often time out while waiting to load.

If I force my phone to 3G it works great and I get much faster data. I thought maybe it was just a temporary issue but I've given it a week and been to various areas all with the same issue. I've even tried a full factory reset of my phone.

Anyone have any ideas?

I tried inputting the APN settings manually (which were essentially the same as the phone had automatically) and the same issue. Because it connects to the network I'm assuming the details are correct.

Anyway this doesn't seem to be a common issue so I'm suspecting it's maybe a phone (OnePlus 5) issue.

Just to update for anyone who finds this.
There was an actual fault with the phone which was replaced under warranty. New one works fine.
