VAT Invoice, ‘We don't compromise on service’ yeah right

Hi PlusNet,

On my mobile account I have been trying to get VAT invoices!!!

 

Customer service asked me to email help@plus.net requesting them.... No answer to my emails...

I then requested them via this community via chat.. chat person said yes but still no invoices...

If you charge VAT you should give VAT invoices.

Any help would be appreciated.

It's a shame to hear you've not received those invoices yet, but the e-mail you've been using is incorrect. I do apolgoise for the error there, but if you e-mail our team on mobile-help@plus.net they will be able to get this sorted for you.
