VAT Invoice, ‘We don't compromise on service’ yeah right

Hi PlusNet,
On my mobile account I have been trying to get VAT invoices!!!
Customer service asked me to email help@plus.net requesting them.... No answer to my emails...
I then requested them via this community via chat.. chat person said yes but still no invoices...
If you charge VAT you should give VAT invoices.
Any help would be appreciated.
