Using Plusnet Mobile in Jersey

After nearly a week here unable to use my phone I have solved the issue.
On arriving in Jersey my phone automatically connected to the Sure network whereby I could not answer calls or make them.
Just as I was about to leave I manually selected the JT network and I was immediately able to make and receive calls.

I would advise to always manually search for networks when attempting to connect abroad, as the handset will automatically try to connect to any available. 

As we have no control over a foreign network, we can't guarantee if the service will work, so by manually searching, you can try other networks in the area.
