Just received 2 emails informing me on my 2 accounts that I have reached my data Smart Cap. I having checked the historical data they are not even close.
So what gives.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

They're not necessarily up to date.
Edit: shouldn't you be looking at the current usage, not the historical?

I’ve got three accounts here and have had the smart cap warning on one of them but this was followed up by another SMS saying sorry, it was a mistake.
The account involved was the only one of the three that was originally a Life Mobile sim so don’t know if that has any bearing.

Hi Colin
The warning I had was via SMS so was current and I’m assuming the OP had the SMS too.
I never had an e-mail warning but bottom line is, it appears to be a hiccup of sorts and to just ignore it as you will find your accounts usage page is correct.

Spoke to Plusnet, and low and behold after we got the security question correct. The Agent report that there was a system error, and it was a glitch.
