Urgent - interview and no mobile network

Help please - I have an interview call this afternoon and out of the blue this morning when I try to make a call I get the following message:.
Mobile network isn't available. Connect to a wireless network.
Please help I'm concerned I won't be able to conduct my phone interview. Thanks

A warm welcome to the forums - that is grim news!

Unfortunately, Plusnet mobile does not facilitate WiFi calling ... management of the mobile network is the responsibility of EE.  Does their service status site indicate a known problem?  https://coverage.ee.co.uk/coverage/ee

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

I still have no network and I can't check the status with EE as it declares my mobile number is not a valid ER number.
Please advise further as I am still without access to calls here. Thanks

The link provided does not request / need a mobile number.

That said if you have found somewhere which does need a phone number and it reports the number as being invalid, then maybe you do not have a "no mobile network" issue but a problem with the account / service ... unless it works OK elsewhere?
