Upgrading sim only and adding sims

Hi,

been trying most of the afternoon to speak to someone in the mobile team. It seems no mobile help exists anywhere after 8pm so i am turning to a Plusnet guru on the forums!

Simple request to upgrade my existing sim only deal to the new 6gb unlimited voice and text for £10 and wish to take out three new sims on same deal so whole family in one place. Unfortunately deal finishes at midnight, so new sims can be done online tonight but cannot see where to upgrade existing account, so will miss out .

Mobile account has locked me out, done the whole reset password thing but still saying i am locked.

Anyway anyone can help tonight ?Huh

Our Customer Services team and online Live Chat are in until 10pm, but I understand they may have been busy with it being the last day of this deal.
