Upgrade sim plan

Hi I currently have a plusnet mobile account and I want to upgrade my plan. I also have broadband with plusnet and so I wanted to take advantage of the data bonus but these offers do not seem to be an option when I go onto my account. Do I really have to cancel my account and rejoin as a new mobile customer to benefit from these deals: see attached.

Any advise greatly recieved

I came across this in the past. I gave them a call & they were happy to move me to the offer I'd seen.
