Got an unexpected "You've updated your personal details" email, so logged into Plusnet mobile account web site. Nothing seems out of the ordinary, but changed the password to be on the safe side. Anyone else seen this? Plusnet, is this something you know about? Thanks.
The system will automatically update details stored on the account to reflect any changes made within your online 'My Account', or by our back office staff and send you out a confirmation text that this has been applied.
If you've not made any changes online or contacted us to do so, it could have been amended by our systems. Not to worry though, if you call us on 500 free from your SIM, we can certainly look into this for you.
