Unable to up upgrade

Hey there,

 

I've been trying to upgrade to one of the BlackFriday deals (I am an existing Plusnet Mobile customer). 

However, I don't seem to be able to select any of the special offer deals - neither online, nor via the app. 

 

Any suggestions?

Welcome to the Forum,

There are other posts with people saying they are having the same problem.

The best thing to do is to call 500 from your PN mobile and select " You are thinking of leaving "

You will get though very quickly and speak to someone who has all the latest/best plans 

Your new plan will start from your next bill date

+Your mobile number

+Your full name

+Your full address

+Are you the account holder?

+Your date of birth

+Last 2 digits of your bank account number

+Last 2 digits of your bank sort code
