I am with PlusNet for my land line, broad band and hubby and my mobiles. The internet is working find, but both mobiles and the land line are not working. My phone has a dialing tone but when I dial my mobile I get an engaged tone. When I use phone to dial other mobile I get no sound and am then cut off. Cannot call or send message using either mobiles. I cannot ring Plusnet help as none of the phones are working.

I borrowed a phone and got through v quickly. They said there was a problem in my area Lincolnshire and it should be sorted out in about 5 hours. I can get texts on my phone if I take it out into the garden.......... not the house if I've swtiched off Wifi on my phone. Strange.
