Unable to send text messages

My number has just ported in to a new Plusnet sim today and whilst I can make and receive calls fine. I can't send text messages. Receiving them works fine though.

Is this is thing that will fix itself after today, could it be a porting day thing? The SIM sent messages fine when I was setting up the porting.

Thanks for getting in touch with us.

I am sorry to hear about the issues you are experiencing despite only just porting in and I apologise for the inconvenience caused.

It may well be an issue arising from the port, however, we'll need to check account side as well. Could you confirm the following info:

 

- Your full name (if different to account holders)

- Your full address with postcode

- Your Plusnet mobile number
