Unable to receive mobile telephone calls from EE users

Have been with Plusnet for 5/6 weeks and discovered I am unable to receive calls on my mobile from EE customers. I have had three friends contact me by WhatsApp to say when they phone they have a message to say my number is not recognisable. Before moving over to Plusnet from O2 the same three people made calls to me on a regular basis without any issues. I went into a EE store and they phoned me as a test and were also unable to get a connection. They blamed Plusnet and recommended I switch to EE direct! I do not know how many other friends and colleagues cannot get through to me! PLEASE HELP.

I'm sorry to see that people on EE aren't able to call you. To investigate further can you PM me your full name, full address, mobile number and confirmation that you are the account holder please?
