Have been with Plusnet for 5/6 weeks and discovered I am unable to receive calls on my mobile from EE customers. I have had three friends contact me by WhatsApp to say when they phone they have a message to say my number is not recognisable. Before moving over to Plusnet from O2 the same three people made calls to me on a regular basis without any issues. I went into a EE store and they phoned me as a test and were also unable to get a connection. They blamed Plusnet and recommended I switch to EE direct! I do not know how many other friends and colleagues cannot get through to me! PLEASE HELP.
