Last week I joined Plusnet Mobile 2 days after porting in my number from Smarty I am unable to receive calls but can make calls on my mobile. When someone tries to call me the call cuts out. I have reported the fault to customer services at Plusnet Mobile and have been told this will take upto 5 days to rectify the fault.
