Unable to receive call but can make calls on my Plusnet Mobile

Hi,
Last week I joined Plusnet Mobile 2 days after porting in my number from Smarty I am unable to receive calls but can make calls on my mobile. When someone tries to call me the call cuts out. I have reported the fault to customer services at Plusnet Mobile and have been told this will take upto 5 days to rectify the fault.
Anyone else having this issue?
Any advice?

Sorry to hear you're having some issues, szaman81.
It sounds like the port has hit a snag, and if this is the case our team will be working hard to rectify the fault already, but I'd still like to have a look into what's going on here and act as a singular point of contact for you.
