Unable to login to mobile account

Is there a problem with the online site. I have tried to login on three different devices, using four different browsers. I have also tried deleting evrything from the cache, including all history. I have also enabled cookies each time. When I try to login to my, or my wife's account, I get the message:

"Your session has expired because you were inactive for too long. Please log back in. If this problem continues to happen please check you have enabled support for cookies. Please consult your browser help for information on enabling cookies."

Tried this morning - still getting the same message on two different browsers and two different PCs.

Re: Unable to login to mobile account

Thanks both. Yeah - I tried again last night too. Do Plusnet monitor this, and therefore, are they likely to do something about it? I feel like it's probably pointless calling them, as a customer service agent is unlikely to resolve.

Re: Unable to login to mobile account

Had the same, clearing cookies didn't work.  Ran CCleaner and it seems OK now.  Must have been something that was dropped into the browser by the site that simple measures wouldn't clear.

Thanks molerat, but I think it may have just been a timing thing with you. I've done nothing else at all, but it works now. They must have fixed it.

I also can not login to my account.

I have cleared cache and cookies with CCleaner but still no success.

Re: Unable to login to mobile account

Well, it is working fine for me now in FF and IE.  How long it will last is another matter.  It must be something at PN's end that is causing it.

edit :  That didn't last long !!

Re: Unable to login to mobile account

Does anyone from Plusnet read these forums?  I'm still unable to login to my mobile account but my broadband account is fine. Just tried calling them but they're very busy!

Re: Unable to login to mobile account

Been working OK for me in FF all day today - not that it is worth looking at as, according to the account, I have 0MB of 0MB left, used 0 of 0 minutes and 0 of 0 texts. Clicking on the  usage link tells a different story as does the app.  I also have no payment method set up.  This is my second account and has been a mess from day 1.

edit : Spoke too soon again !

Same problem. Cannot log in using either Safari or Firefox. When is this going to be sorted out?
