Unable to log into account
Hi, I hope someone can help me. Recently I seem to be unable to login to my mobile account (I can login to my broadband account just fine). I have triple checked that all details I am entering (email address, phone number, account number) are correct yet even if I try to reset my password it tells me that my details are wrong. I have tried this on multiple devices, web browsers and the mobile app both at work and at home. If someone could help me sort this out it would be great, thanks.

1) Mobile number
2) Full name, address and postcode:
3) Confirmation that you are the account holder:
4) Last 2 digits of sort code and account number of card used to pay bills
5) Direct Debit Date and bill amount:
Upon receipt of the requested data, I will investigate further.
