Unable to close duplicate account (for PlusNet support team)

I keep getting emails on a duplicate account for a SIM ordered in error and which I've been in touch with you about on multiple occasions; this is also in credit. On each occasion I'm assured that the account is just about to close and I'll not receive further emails about it. Today I received another email.
Will someone from PlusNet please contact me to resolve this? Live account is [Removed] and I last chatted to [CSA Removed] on 10th Feb at 09:45.
