Unable to change address online or through customer service

I’ve been trying to change address from the online account service but it keeps showing an error.

For some reason customer service can’t access my account with the address that’s shown on the account.

Frustrating when all you want to do is to change your address! Help!

What do you mean by address? Home address, user name, password?

So I can look into this for you can you drop me a PM with the following?

- Your mobile number or account number
- Your full address and postcode
- Your full name and if you're the account holder?
