Unable to call a certain number

Hi,

We've had trouble for quite some time where we are unable to ring our Doctors surgery via PlusNet mobile. Landlines work fine, other mobile networks work fine too. Any help is appreciated, thanks

I'm sorry to see you're unable to ring your doctor's surgery from your Plusnet mobile phone.

So we can look at raising this to our second line mobile support team for further investigation, could you private message me the following info to pass our data protection checks?

+Your mobile number

+Your full name

+Your full address

+Are you the account holder?

+Your date of birth

+Last 2 digits of your bank account number

+Last 2 digits of your bank sort code

I've had this problem too. When I enquired about it, the response from customer service I got was that GP surgery calls can't be made with plusnet mobile.

GP surgeries receive a high number of calls. Calls usually have to join queues. Phone calls to GPs should be facilitated. Please fix the problem, plusnet. This is non-negotiable as it could be dangerous.

@Hello3 exactly what reason did Customer service give for that statement ? Sounds like someone was fobbing you off.

If it supposedly concerns calling queueing systems then its complete rubbish. As I posted on your other thread , there is no problem in general calling systems which queue calls.

I think the answer is if the number you are calling is engaged PN Mobile does not ring as engaged you just get cut off 

I have tried to call the number again from a landline and it comes up as engaged 

Nothing to do call queuing the number is in use
