Unable to access 4G services whilst roaming

Hi @LaurenB 

I have had the same problem last week whilst in France.  I could only get 3G despite having a full signal (my partner had 4G via O2 with no problem).  I have tried all the different options as described and no change.  It was really frustrating and very slow to use my iPhone XR which is usually very quick.  I had 4G as soon as I returned to the UK.  

Are you able to include my trip and phone details so you can add to the investigation?  If so how do I send them to you?

@skeg0 I think you might be what they have been looking for to progress this issue - someone who is actually actively having the problem right now. You need to make a couple more random forum replies so you can DM the admins here with your details. Hopefully this leads to them fixing it!
