Unable to access 4G services whilst roaming

Based on the information I’ve got, this issue should be fixed for all. I don’t have full details to be able to properly comment on what the problem was though.

Hi Depending what phone you have some phones only allow you to have one 4G slot the other is 3G so you will have to check

That is excellent news! Hopefully it really does fix roaming issues in all EU countries.

I doubt we'll ever know exactly what went wrong. Since it was such a quick fix I suspect someone *cough* forgot *cough* to enable a switch somewhere…

@Gandalf we now have 4G on the number in France that I reported to you. This is the first 4G we've seen since April. Thanks.

I suggested a digital switch. Was told there’s no simple switch.
Glad someone found the switch 😜
Team, you’ve done well persuading Plusnet to look for the switch and I hope next time I’m away, I can go on a map again 🤣🤣

As of July my husband has still not been able to get 4G or +H in Germany only eH. In fact his ability to get any internet whilst in Germany has got worse.
We are back there soon, so will see if the 'fix' has indeed been fixed and will post an update.

For me TMobile 4G is now working reasonably well in some areas of the Netherlands (wahoo!). The default network (KPN) does not work on any connection type currently.
