Unable to access 4G services roaming

Hi, reading this thread. It's not fixed. My wife's phone is working fine when roaming, but mine isn't.

I've been doing a lot of travelling and have been struggling with this for months. 2G in Czech, Slovenia, 3G in Austria & Croatia. It's crapshoot travelling in Europe. The connection in the UK is also frustratingly slow when I'm here. Calling the helpline and they've been no help at all, and don't seem to know about this issue.
