Unable to Call 01522 888784

I am unable to call this valid number, I can call via Fixed but not Mobile, i get a message "The number you have dialled is not in service at this time"

Since putting up this post I have been into support, Sorry but what a service, spoke to a nice young gentleman who unfortunately could not grasp what the problem was. He was telling me with authority that the problem is with the equipment at the far end, he wouldn't accept that the problem was likely to be in the routing tables between the EE network & BT Fixed Network. Despite asking for a supervisor & being denied on a couple of occasions, he agreed & then after waiting a further 10 minutes I gave up.

I'm at a loss on how to proceed, I need to get a fault raised with Plusnet to raise the fault with EE but he is denying me that.

I'm sorry that the agent was unable to fully understand your query however, I have taken a look into this and performed a quick Google search. It appears that 01522 numbers are service numbers in relation call diverts, in which we don't yet support. If this were subject to change, we'll be sure to let you know.

The website is as follows and it states;

"Your 01522 Lincoln Mobile Landline Number diverts calls directly to your mobile, office or home."

I have also taken a look into the website that is linked to the number you have provided and there are a two other contact numbers in which you can call. These are: 

- 01777 228219
- 01777 228492
