I’m in the USA hit a data issue, have paid to put money into my account to sort out the smart cap issue. I have turned data off but it is not allowing me to make calls or send texts and I have tried ringing the phone from another mobile and nothing happens. Not happy and I need my phone to work. The time lag means I can’t through to customer services. Help !
