USA Roam like Home

Hello, I've come on holiday to US but my mobile data is not working. I have roaming switched on but that doesn't make a difference.
I thought USA was included in the roam like home offer.

Do you have to pay extra for Roam at Home, or is it standard on all Plusnet mobile some cards?

I also recently went to Italy and my mobile data worked fine there

Roam like home is only for european countries, see https://www.plus.net/help/mobile/roam-like-at-home/

Your data should work in the states but will be expensive.
