UNABLE TO MAKE ANY OUTBOUND CALL, TEXT ONLY

Hi,

I am suffering the issue where I cannot make any outbound call from the plusnet mobile. I can receive calls from others. I can only text people. 

This is not good. I need to call the insurance.

 

Could someone from plusnet help me please?

I have the same issues too and am trying to work from home - on call!

Hi @lc_c8 and @Jcc, I'm sorry to hear you had no calling service earlier. We’ve now resolved a technical issue that caused some of our customers to experience problems making and receiving calls for a short period this morning. Data, messaging services and text messages were working as normal during this time. We worked as quickly as possible to fix the issue and we’d like to apologise to our customers for any inconvenience that may have been caused.

The problem could have been managed better by Plusnet by communicating it either on their website (which stated no issues with mobile cover) or on social media. I actually found out from an unrelated website about the outage. Not good customer service and would have prevented an influx of calls to your call centre.
