Trying to order replacement SIM

Hi

I lost my phone on Saturday night and I am not optimistic that I will get it back so I need a new SIM card but I want to keep my same number. I've spent the last half an hour trying to navigate the website to get help so I've been brought here. Can anyone tell me what I need to do?
