I left plusnet in October and got the pac code, everything went through fine but now I have received an email with my next bill, it says I am in credit but why are you still emailing me about a bill when I have left? I have already cancelled the direct debit do how I will I receive my credit?

Morning @julesey30 the leader of the army has arrived. So once the account closes we figure out how much we owe you and put it on a bill because that's how the billing system works. You receive the credit usually within 20 days of that email and then you receive another email stating £0 and that means the account is closed. I hope that makes sense!
