Totally deleting my PlusNet account

I switched out of PlusNet via PAC code a couple of months ago. I am still getting "Your latest bill" emails (£0.00) from you.

How do I get you to stop doing this, and completely delete my account?

It's not just me either. Mum died in January this year and Dad is _STILL_ getting "Your latest bill" emails (£0.00) for her mobile, much to his distress.

Please document the full and complete and open procedure by which both myself and Dad can fully delete our records off of your system.
