Hi
I joined plusnet in February via topcashback. The transaction tracked at the right monthly billing amount, but for zero cashback. It is currently confirmed but not payable in my account.
I have been waiting for it to move through the process but given the delay and the fact others on here seem to have the same issue, is it possible to move it to payable for the correct amount?
Stephen

Hi Adam
I've sent you a private message but haven't heard back. Are you able to look into this please or let me know if you need more info?
Thanks
Stephen
