This persons mailbox is disabled message

I'm a plusnet mobile customer and recently got a family member also to port over to plusnet from EE.
After putting the new SIM in the phone, and the number ported, all seemed good for a couple of days, including voicemail, which was enabled. After a couple of days we realised no voicemails were getting left and when caling the mobile number, after 30 seconds of not answering, the number no longer gets diverted to voicemail but gets a message saying:
"This persons mailbox is disabled".
Please someone assist in getting this re-enabled ?
We have called customer services several times and been told:
- wait 5 days - it will go to operational support. 5 days later no change.
- take sim card out clean it and re-insert it
- enable voicemail with MMi code **004*+447870020555*11*30#. Input this and get the message "Call forwading conditionally. Registration was successful", but the mailbox is still disabled.
Please assist in getting voicemail re-enabled. Thanks.

Could you drop me a private message with the following details so we can take a closer look?
+Your mobile number
+Your full name
+Your full address
+Are you the account holder?
+Your date of birth
+Last 2 digits of your bank account number
+Last 2 digits of your bank sort code

Hello. I am also without mailbox fuctionality. When I am busy/can't answer, callers to my mobile get the message "this person's mailbox is disabled"
Most recent message from PlusNet is that there is no fault at PlusNet. I was told it was my phone settings.
My phone settings show forwarding to 07870020555 on both 'busy' and 'no reply' Seems correct.
Searching through forums I can see that this problem gets solved by PlusNet but the solution is not displayed.
Can anyone help please?
