Tethering on ZTE Blade V7 Lite broken again

I got tethering working on my ZTE Blade V7 Lite back in March, thanks to this thread:

Sadly it has now stopped working again, possibly as a result of an Android update that got pushed recently.

I've rechecked the tether_dun_required setting with adb and it is still zero.

Anyone else had this problem and found a solution? Really annoying!

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with mobile tethering; I'm afraid this is a service that we can't guarantee will work.
