I am contemplating a new mobile account for use in the UK and Europe. I understand the Plusnet "Roam like at Home" option allows Plusnet use in the EU and in the UK. I travel a lot and use my phone throughout the world. I am a minimal user of calls, texts and data so the smallest 30 day rolling Sim only plan would likely suit me. However, the plans do not include the US or Canada or Australia so I have other Sims for use in those areas.
Does the Plusnet plan allow me to suspend payments for a period of time but retain the number for future reactivation?
For example, my Orange account in Europe allows me to forego payments for up to 6 months (while I travel in other countries) before I need to make another payment to reactivate the account. Since Brexit, Orange no longer allows roaming in the UK so I need another solution.
