Tariff on website not available to change to in account

Hi, I see you have a 30 day 4gb data and unlimited calls / text available for £6 but when I go into my account this is only available as a 12month option.

I would like to change to the 30 day 4gb tariff as advertised which gives me an extra 1gb data at the same cost.

 

Can this be sorted?

Hi,

If you are already on Plusnet mobile just call 500 press 1 then 3  " I am thinking of leaving " and they will answer very quickly and sort you the best deal

If you are already a Broadband customer you should be getting an extra 2GB not 1GB

I asked on here as when I go into my app for contact number (can't dial 500 as my mobile signal at home is zero)

It says "Due to the Coronavirus outbreak our call centre is very busy. Please only call if you need urgent assistance"

 

*Currently on 3gb data / Unlimited calls and text for £6 per month 30 day contract.

Ended up phoning as I had no reply from staff on here and got it sorted... Cheers me 😁

Hi @Gandalf , sorted in no time at all. The two people I spoke to were fantastic, a real pleasure dealing with them.

Phone answered almost immediately and when I was transferred to retentions I was on hold for less than 30 seconds.

 

Top notch customer service.
