TERRIBLE data speeds and coverage

Hi,

I just got my new sim card 2 days ago. So far, the experience is terrible:

- Coverage both at home (SW18, London), and in my office (EC1, London) are terrible. Less than a "quarter" of the total (could look up the exact dBi if required).

- Speeds are RIDICULOUSLY slow. In 4G+ I run speedtests, and I get no more than 2Mbps .... 😕

- It takes forever to switch between wifi and data....

 

NONE of these, happened with Giffgaff.... 😕

 

The ONLY 2 reasons why I changed to Plusnet from Giffgaff were coverage (allegedly better) and the actual deal, because I am a broadband customer. With the deal, I only save like £2 compared to Giffgaff, so for 2 quid I am not gonna go through this pain.

Phone is not the problem, APN settings are not, turned off and on many times already, so tell me...is Plusnet capping the speed somehow? is there any actual, ongoing problem with the atennas and therefore, coverage?

 

If no _real_ solution or status update is provided, I'll cancel within the 14 days and go back Giffgaff...

Run a speedtest in the middle of Vauxhall (outdoors), and got an _astonishing_ 4Mbps....
