Switching problems.

Hi, I have been with EE mobile for two years and my contract is coming to an end. I don't need a new phone so I decided to go with PlusNet on a thirty day revolving sim deal. I requested my PAC from EE and gave it to PlusNet. The switch took place earlier today. I now have a brick for a phone. PlusNet appears on the top left hand corner of the screen, but I'm unable receive any calls. When I make a call I get the following message appear on the screen 'Conditioning call forwarding active'. When I try to deactivate this I get error messages.

The number has been ported. I tried the sim in another phone and was still unable to receive any calls, but when I turned off the wifi and ran on 4G I could receive calls on this phone, but that trick didn't work on my own phone. I've tried various things that I found on the Internet but haven't had any luck. Anyone have any ideas/fixes for this problem?

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note10+ 5G.

Re: Switching problems.

Thanks for your post @DonFromDevon and welcome to our Community Forums.

I'm sorry to see you're having signal issues after moving to us.

Just wondering, if the steps @Smith7 provided helped or if you're still experiencing problems?
