I'm staying with PN but about to upgrade from a 6 to a 12 (unlocked). Apparently existing sim will work but for 5G I need a new one from PN?

Plusnet dont support 5G.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
pn do not do 5G do they?
