Switched to Plusnet, old network cut off, SIM card not arrived

I've switched to Plusnet Mobile but my SIM has not arrived (its been over a week) and I can't phone Plusnet support because I have no SIM...

I had exactly the same problem last year. I would say its down to Royal Mail Postal Strikes, and I don't think there's much you can do unfortunately (I just had to wait last time), but it did turn up eventually and it worked straight away. Sorry to hear about this problem,

Same nightmare here and need my number for work, banking etc. Quick fix to make outgoing was to buy a sim from the high street. But need my ported number. Transferring out of plusnet as quick as I can.

My SIM has finally arrived, I think it must have been the Royal Mail postal strikes (took 2 1/2 weeks).
